Construction Details

Main carcass structure; The main body has a monoblock twisted and welded structure. It is produced in 1.5-2 mm sheet thickness.

Paint; All metal parts of our external cabinets are painted with RAL 7035 light gray epoxy polyester electrostatic powder paint after the surface cleaning process.

Hat module; The hat module, which has a monoblock twisted and welded structure, circulates hot air through ventilation holes on the sides.

Cable entry module; Thanks to the cable glands used in the cable entries, it allows us to make healthy cabling without compromising the IP protection degree.

Plinth module; It can be easily mounted from 4 points on the cabinet. Likewise, it can be easily mounted on the concrete plinth from 4 points on the plinth module.

Fan module; Thanks to our single and double fan modules, the hot air generated inside the cabin is thrown out through the ventilation holes in the hat module.

Walled structure; Our cabinets can be single-walled or double-walled upon request.

The insulation material used between the outer body and the inner cover minimizes the problems caused by cold and hot air coming from the outside.

Energy unit (PDU); The energy distribution unit can optionally have a plastic or aluminum body, grounded, UPS, fused or a monitorable and manageable structure suitable for mounting in a 19” rack cabinet.

Our external type cabinets are produced as robust, safe, protected, functional and aesthetic, suitable for structural cabling and the mounting and cabling of electrical and electronic products such as switches, routers, modems, servers, patch panels, telephone exchanges, alarm systems, etc. in accordance with the project.

Shipment of the product; After passing through the quality control system, our products are shipped in impact-resistant styrofoam and cardboard packaging.
