Our Bestrack cabinets offer the most suitable solutions to our customers in server and storage applications.
Our Upright Cabinets, TS EN 61587-1 mechanical structures (cabinets for electronic equipment) ISO 9001:2015 quality management system are manufactured in our factory with 18,000 m2 closed area.
All cabinet dimensions are compatible with IEC 297-2.
Our upright cabinets are offered to our customers in different “U” heights from 16U to 47U in products with a width of 600 mm, and in different “U” heights from 26U to 47U in products with a width of 800 mm.
The cover components of our upright cabinets are front cover 4-6 mm tempered glass option, and the rear and side covers are all lockable and removable.
Our 19” device mounting posts are square-hole (9.5 * 9.5 mm) and have an adjustable structure along the depth.
It provides easy installation of 19” rack type products with “U” marking.
Our upright cabinets have a load carrying capacity of 800-1000 kg.
Areas of use; large-scale network installations, data centers, airport communication networks, call centers, F/O applications.
It is manufactured and tested according to protection degree IP 20.
Construction Details
Main profile structure;
Upper and lower chassis and frame uprights; Monolithic upper and lower chassis have a modular structure connected at 32 points with 1.5 mm DKP sheet metal frame profiles.
Front cover; It is manufactured as a 4 mm – 6 mm tempered glass cover.
Side covers; It is easily maintained and repaired thanks to its 1.0 mm sheet metal thickness, lockable and removable from the top.
Cable entries; There are cable entries from the lower chassis and the lower and upper parts of the rear cover.
19” device mounting uprights; 1.5 mm thick mounting uprights are manufactured from TS 822 pre-galvanized sheet metal. “U” signs are written on them.
Side reinforcements; 6 pieces are used, 3 on the left and 3 on the right, with a thickness of 1.5 mm. Its perforated structure allows the mounting upright to be adjusted along the depth.
Vertical cable organizers; The mechanisms that provide wide cabling opportunities on both front and back are available in our 800*800 mm and 800*1000 mm cabinets.
Paint; Electrostatic powder paint is applied with RAL 9005 – RAL 7035 paint options.
Ventilation; Thanks to our fan and thermostat modules placed on the cabin ceiling, effective ventilation can be provided with high flow and low noise.
Energy unit (PDU); The energy distribution unit can be optionally plastic or aluminum body grounded, UPS, fused or monitored and managed in a structure suitable for installation in 19” rack cabinets.
Our server type cabinets are manufactured in a robust, safe, protected, functional and aesthetic way suitable for the installation and cabling of electrical and electronic products such as switches, routers, modems, servers, patch panels, telephone exchanges, alarm systems etc. in accordance with structural cabling and the project.
Product shipment; After passing through the quality control system, our products are shipped in styrofoam and cardboard packaging resistant to impacts.
