Construction Details

Main profile structure;

Lower and upper chassis; Monolithic upper and lower chassis have a modular structure connected at 32 points with 1.5 mm DKP sheet frame profiles.

Aluminum corner parts; chassis and frame struts are mounted to each other, maximizing the carrying capacity of the cabinet.

carcass struts; 1.5 mm DKP sheet metal carcass profiles consist of 6 bends.

Top Cover; The top cover is detachable and provides easy access to the fan module.

The front cover is manufactured in the form of a 4mm – 6mm tempered glass cover on a 1.5mm metal frame. There is a lever lock system with single point locking. Thanks to the spring shaft hinge system, the cover directions can be easily changed. Optionally, a metal glass holding device with a screw at least 3 cm wide that holds the glass around the glass can be used, and a 3-point locking system can be applied.

Side covers; Cylindrical type lock with a thickness of 1-1.5 mm sheet metal, bolt lock with fixed mechanism in the top, mechanical pin system in the middle can be locked at the bottom and easily maintenance and repair are carried out thanks to the detachable. Air circulation is easily provided thanks to the ventilation culvert holes on the lid.

Rear doors; 600-piece cabins with a thickness of 1.5 mm sheet metal are also single, 800-piece cabins have a double opening structure. In cabins with 32U and above, there are brushed cable entry panels that provide cable passage at the bottom and top of the rear cover.

Cable entries; cable entries are available from the lower chassis and from the lower and upper parts of the rear cover. It also consists of 19’ 2U closing panels that can be opened in rows on the lower chassis.

19” device mounting struts; Mounting struts with a thickness of 1.5 mm are made of TS 822 pre galvanized sheet. The ”U” signs are written on it. Optionally, it can be manufactured from TS 822 pre galvanized sheet with a thickness of 2 mm if desired.

Side reinforcements; Products up to 32U size with a thickness of 1.5-2 mm are also used, 4 pieces, including 2 on the right and 2 on the left, and 6 pieces, including 3 on the left and 3 on the right, in cabins above 32 size. Its perforated structure allows the mounting strut to be adjusted along the depth.

Vertical cable regulators can be installed on the front or back side of the cabinet if necessary. There is a deadbolt lock with a fixed mechanism on it. It provides convenient passage and distribution of data and energy cables, closes cable pollution. it can be used in our 800*800 mm and 800*1000 mm cabinets.

cable pans are used in 600*600 mm, 600*800 mm and 600*1000 mm cabinets.

Paint; Electrostatic powder coating is made with RAL 9005 – RAL 7035 paint options.

Ventilation; Thanks to our modules with fans and thermostats placed on the cabin ceiling, effective ventilation can be performed with high flow rate and low noise.

Energy unit (PDU); The energy distribution unit can be optionally grounded with plastic or aluminum housing, ups, insured, or in a structure suitable for installation in a 19” rack cabinet in a traceable and manageable way.
